Item is a photograph of a UBCIC Special Assembly at Sheraton Landmark. Photograph is an interior snapshot of a conference room with rows of people (mostly men) seated at tables. In the foreground is open carpeted space. In front of the central front table is a large bucket. This table has three vacant chairs, on it is a sign reading "GIT-KSAN CARRIER". Many people appear to be reading the literature before them, while other's attention is on the front of the room.
