Jim Bizzocchi, Union of British Columbia Indian Chiefs (UBCIC) fieldworker and cameraman, was the cameraman who filmed a UBCIC documentary film called "Hat Creek".

This film was a public education endeavour that was made by the Hat Creek Committee and UBCIC in an effort to document the concerns that people had about the B.C. Hydro project that intended to use the Hat Creek coal deposit to fuel generators for electric power generation in Hat Creek, British Columbia.
